Welcome to our Himachal Pradesh adventure and travel services. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)
govern your use of our website and the purchase or booking of any tours, packages, or services (together,
“Services”) we offer. By booking or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All bookings must be made through our website, email, or authorised agents. A booking is confirmed only
after full or required advance payment is received and we issue a booking confirmation. Check all details
on your confirmation (dates, itinerary, names) and notify us immediately of any errors.
Cancellation rules and refund amounts depend on the specific package and the time of cancellation prior to departure.
Standard policy (unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation):
Some third-party services (e.g., special permits, flights) may be non-refundable. Refund processing times vary
by payment method and bank — typically 7–30 business days.
If you request changes to your booking (dates, itinerary, passenger names), we will endeavour to accommodate them
but cannot guarantee availability. Change requests may incur additional charges.
We plan tours carefully, but circumstances (weather, road closures, government restrictions, or conditions beyond our control)
may force us to alter itineraries, accommodation, transport, or services. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible
and offer alternative arrangements or a refund for the affected portion where appropriate.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip prior to departure due to safety concerns, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our control.
If we cancel, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund for services paid for but not provided.
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid identity, travel documents, permits and visas required for the trip.
Certain regions of Himachal (and neighbouring areas) may require permits; obtaining these may involve additional fees and lead times.
You are responsible for your personal items. We recommend adequate travel insurance to cover loss, theft, or damage.
We are not liable for personal items left behind or lost during the tour unless due to our proven negligence.
We take care to organise safe tours, but participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks. You agree that:
All travellers must act responsibly and respect local customs, people, and the environment. We reserve the right to remove
any traveller from a tour for misconduct, endangering the group, or breaching laws. No refund will be given in such cases.
Some services (transport, accommodation, guides, permits) may be provided by third-party suppliers. These suppliers are
independent, and we are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or failures beyond enforcing reasonable quality standards.
We may take photos and videos during tours for promotional use. By travelling with us you grant us permission to use
non-commercial images that include you unless you explicitly object in writing beforehand. All website content, images,
logos and text remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce or use this content without permission.
We collect and store personal information necessary to provide our services. Personal data will be handled in accordance
with our Privacy Policy. By booking or using our services you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your data
for booking, communication and legal compliance purposes.
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control,
including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, government restrictions, extreme weather, or road closures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Himachal Pradesh, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version (with Effective Date) will be posted on our website. Continued
use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
